Hi, I’m Melissa – a women’s fitness specialist, mama of two, and a guide for women who want to move through motherhood with strength, confidence, and ease.

My first-born – my daughter, Alex – gave me my favorite title – mom. My second-born – my son, Max – sparked my journey into helping other women reclaim their power during pregnancy, birth, and beyond. During my second pregnancy, I discovered how deeply movement, alignment, and mindful strength can transform the motherhood journey.
I had such an awakening during his birth! This sparked a fire within me. I knew more women needed to know of the power of movement during pregnancy! And so, I started Mom Belly Fitness!


With over 10 years in the fitness industry (over 20 if you count the years playing high school sports!) and specialized certifications in Prenatal & Postpartum Corrective Exercise, Prenatal & Postpartum Diastasis & Core Consulting, Personal Training, Sports Nutrition, and Fascia Flossing… and as a Holistic Fertility & Pregnancy Safe Coach® through Fit For Birth, I’ve built a practice that blends science with intuition.



My passion is working with women across every season of motherhood – from fertility to pregnancy, postpartum recovery, throughout motherhood, and into menopause – helping them move with more freedom, lower stress, reduced chances of injury, and feel at home in their bodies again.
I believe movement is more than exercise – it’s a path to empowerment, balance, and longevity. And I’m here to guide you every step of the way.
